Due to very high demand and the lockdown in Sydney your order may take longer to reach you than usual. Please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 per order to anywhere in Australia. Or for $10.95 you can opt to have your order sent insured so that if your parcel goes missing in transit we'll refund or replace it.
Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature. If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk. In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. Wooden It Be Great will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post. If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than an item being faulty, you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs.
Deliveries may take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.
Wrong Addresses/ Non Collected Orders
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $14.95 if you want the order sent again.
If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. If it's not collected within that time it will be returned back to us and you will be charged a reshipping fee of $14.95 if you want the parcel resent. Or if you'd prefer a refund, the Australia Post return fee of $10 and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
ORDER PICK UPS
Our office is currently closed for order pick ups due to the lockdown in Sydney.
Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 119, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please place your order online (the option to pick up will appear once you enter your billing address on the checkout page) and we'll contact you once your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
